This collection site directory is updated daily. Please check before all visits.
Remember, if your physician collects specimens in their office, they can continue to do so and send to Quest Diagnostics. Simply ask the physician's staff to call 800-646-7788. Quest Diagnostics will send a courier to pick up the specimens.
